Mr.Atit Jain holds a LLB degree along with a PG Diploma in International Trade and Business Laws from Indian Society of International Law and has17+years of experience in varied legal areas likeLitigation (civil, criminal, property, matrimonial, company matters); Corporate drafting (deeds, agreements, etc.) & Outsourcing work (document review, management, legal research, etc.). He isalso a Trademark Attorney and an expert in Intellectual Property Laws. He looks after the firms Trademarks, Copyrights, Designs &Patents on national & International level - including their filings, hearings for office objections & oppositions, pursuing legal actions for/ against infringements and has a hands on experience upon important IPR matters like Maggi, RUPA, GurujiThandai, Intex Aquaand Standard Essential Patents(SEPs). He has a goal-oriented approach towards every case he receives and offers legal consultation across a wide variety of legal issues and has been handling drafting & litigation matters at Supreme Court, High Court, District Courts, Consumer Courts and various Tribunals and Commissions. He has also worked with various Start-ups and is a Mentor& Speaker with many organizations like Cherie Blaire Foundation for Women (CBWF), National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN Global), 91 Springboard, IIT Delhi, Advisor Circuit etc.
