I am a practicing advocate registered with Bar Council of Karnataka. I practice in JMFC Courts, Family Courts, Labour Courts, NCLTs, Consumer Courts, Tribunals, Co-operative Courts, City Civil & Session Courts, High Courts including Supreme Court of India. I practice criminal law and also handle matters related to Indian Penal Code, Domestic Violence, Cheque bouncing, MCOCA, POCSO, Family law, Labour law, Consumer law, Corporate law,Taxlawws,Enforecement directorate matters,Blackmoney,Incometax raids,Search and seizure Arbitration, DRTs, Co-operative law, NCLT, Intellectual Property, MAT, CAT, MSMED Act 2006, Armed Forces Tribunal etc. I am also associated with US,English and Australian law firm for drafting, vetting and legal advice in relation to consumer laws, insurance laws and Tax laws etc. I appear in both trial and appellate side matters including Bail applications, Anticipatory Bail applications along with Revision and Appeals. I also handle Writ petitions, Public interest litigations, SLPs etc. I am a panel advocate for several companies, co-operative societies and also works on retainer-ship basis with companies and law firms in India and abroad.
