We have started an online listing website www.shop-local.in to connect consumers and merchants/service providers within their local area. It is free of cost listing service for small businesses. Is it legal if we collect the shop's information from the web (eg: whitepages.in, google.com) and add them to our website. Do we need the business owner's permission to do that? Please help.
