Hii, Pets cannot be disallowed from using the lift facility of the building. If your society is forcing you to not use the lift for dog, you could lodge a compliant with the police that you are being harrassed by the society members. There will be regional animal welfare board, you can approach them as well. If not, then try to coordinate with the local NGOs, they will be able to help you coordinate with society members.
