Neighbour Bullying And Threatening Us Because We Shelter Stray Dogs

We dealt with similar bully in Janak Puri, Delhi. He used to torture the animal for sleeping in the street and eventually killed the dog under his car. We filed a police complaint, got the help of a senior Member of Parliament who is very involved with animal rights issues. The police complaint got registered, SHO was helpful, and the miscreant was put in line. Even though the provisions of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act are strict, the enforcement is low, so have to involve lots of people. Will be willing to help pro bono free of cost.
