Money recovery cases are useless if court does not take criminal action

Question

I filed money recovery cases in court but no one is interested in giving back my money since this is not a criminal offence. Judges put the cases in civil cases since judges money is not involved and they do not understand the pain of losing money by cheaters.There are no strong laws in India for recovery of money.Only paper laws are there.please advise me in this matter.

I hope U hav taken steps to filed IA either for attachment of movabL/immovabL properties if availabL or arest of debtor adducing reason of absconding by proper process.

File an IA for attachment of movabL or ImmovabL properties of Defendant by collecting particulars by stating that there iu s every suspicion of disposing them and even leave the place  by addusing relevant reasons & facts. In that case the defendant will be pressurised to come to terms.
