Period Required For Decision Of Regular Civil Appeal For Land Purchase

I have made notarized sathekhat land purchase.that land was registered one case regular civil suit case in taluka court. decision was declared in favour of my land owner. but again that one person again file regular civil appeal in district court.how period will be required to take decision to district court so that I can make sale deed from land owner.
