Asked in Appeals and Writs
So as the PIL has been withdrawn now any further modifications cannot be made to it rather the party can file a new PIL with the modified document. Once the petition is withdrawn a fresh PIL needs to be filed. Whenever any representation gets rejected then the person will have the right for fresh cause of action and whenever there is a fresh cause of action, a fresh litigation can initiate.
Dear Sir, If your withdrawal application was not recorded by High Court then you may do as you like on the next date of hearing. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
