Banks aren't allowed to share your personalised data.Disclosure of Information required by Law. A banker is under statutory obligation to disclose the information relating to his customer's account when the law specially requires him to do so. You can make a Complaint against the bank and the official online by visiting your bank website Toll FREE NO. or Grevience Complaint option will be there.
It is against the public Policy and clear violation of Your right of secrecy. Approach the Banking Ombudsman making Compalint against the Bank and the official, if the name is known.
