1) Drop a complaint in complaint box or Complaint register (mandatory) placed in the branch. 2) Send complaint through registered post to Regional Manager , General manager. or Email 3) Call to customer care and lodge complaint and ask them to give the complaint reference number. in practical, Ombudsman mechanically rejects the complaint and for consumer court needs stronger proof and graver incident.. for further assistance plz book for consultation..
