I have a personal loan with HDFC and I missed around 12 emi. Now I got a sms from court abt this. I had a hip replacement surgery and was on bed rest for 6months after that was on walker I recently joined my job and paid last 3 months emi. bank is asking for settlement AMT of 1.75 lakh but I don't have that much. just wanted to know the consequences or what judgement could possibly be passed and any suggestions if any
