RBI has issued guidelines governing the recovery agents for the purpose of approaching the credit card holder at default. Thus, if the conduct of bank officials seems threatening, the person can file a complaint with the RBI. Complain to your bank Almost all banks have a grievance department. Approach the banking ombudsman If aggrieved by the order of ombudsman, an appeal can be filed before the appellate authority within a period of 30 days. The Deputy Governor of RBI acts as the appellate authority for the matters relating to credit cards. File a complaint with the nearest police station. The complaint filed must be against the bank and if the case is refused to be rejected by the police, then you can approached to the Magistrate

    1. you can approach the permanent lok adalat for the settlement of the dues, 2. since you have taken/spent the amount, resultantly, you are legally bound to pay the same, but at the same time the bank cannot use the unethical means to recover the money through goons, 3. you can make a police complaint against the mis-behavior of the recovery persons with a copy to the higher officials and RBI, do contact me for a detailed discussion,

They will not do the police complaint. They need to file a case in civil court i.e. lokadalat before that you can speak to the concern representative and settle the matter. Also share the full details for further consultancy also review my profile and 5 star points to me.
