First, Inform the Bank. Send a legal notice to brother wife also to stop immediately. Thereafter case can be taken .
Inform your bank immediately. When you notify the bank, remember to take acknowledgement from your bank. The bank has to resolve your complaint within 30 days from the date of receipt. file a complaint before the Banking Ombudsman if the reply is not received from the bank within a period of one month after the bank concerned has received one's complaint, or the bank rejects the complaint, or if the complainant is not satisfied with the reply given by the bank.
Hi, You have to inform the bank about the death of the account holder. Your mother as a nominee has right to get the amount which is there in his account. You may either choose to continue using that bank account or get it closed and all the money be released to the nominee. Do carry death certificate and Id card of nominee. 3. immediately intimate the matter to concerned bank through your mother as she is one of the legal heir of your deceased brother. she has every right. Write written complaint to bank, if still they ignore then you need to send legal notice.
