There were 8 fraud transactions from 3 of my savings accounts on 24/01/2020. I have not received any OTP for these transactions. I have registered complaints with customer care teams of the respective banks on the same day. I have submitted written complaints at all the 3 banks on 27/01/2020(between 2days were holidays) and further, I have lodged written complaint at the local police station which was further forwarded to cyber police. 1. I have received payment reversal from one bank on 27/02/2020 and now the concern with the bank is resolved. 2. One bank has credited lost money on 02/02/2020 and again reversed the payment on 20/03/2020 without giving any reasons for the reversal. 3. Regarding 3rd bank, after prolonged followup with the customer care team and personal followup with the home beach officials, the bank did a shadow credit on 26/03/2020 and not providing any updates. I request you to kindly guide me for a faster recovery of the money that I have lost.

Your case is connected with multiple banks instead of filing and following complaints at different quarters it would be better for you to approach the Banking Ombudsman, who will look into the matter and is also competent to award damages.
