Since you have not taken any kind of card then you need not worry and you are also not authorised to give any kind of money to the bank. And if the bank officials are not listening to you then you can always serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write to stop all these harrassment and can even warn them that either call the correct person or face legal action which will be at your own risk.
