You may approach the Ombudsman for getting the outstanding Loan re-scheduled or getting it settled effectively. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Dear Sir, If you volunteer for settlement then they will play with you instead just neglect their calls and ask them to approach Civil Court or Arbitration and see that your address and mobile numbers are not within their knowledge. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.

Hai, A NBFC is incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and desirous of commencing business of non-banking financial institution as defined under Section 45 I(a) of the RBI Act, 1934. It seems like there is a confusion regarding the settlement amount. In such a case, One may lodge his/ her complaint with the office of the NBFC Ombudsman under whose jurisdiction, the alleged NBFC branch is situated. The NBFC Ombudsman endeavours to promote a settlement of the complaint through conciliation/ mediation by agreement between the complainant and the NBFC. If the terms of settlement are acceptable in full and final settlement of one's complaint, the NBFC Ombudsman will pass an order as per the terms of settlement which becomes binding on the NBFC and the complainant. If the NBFC is found to have adhered to the extant norms and practices in vogue and the complainant has been informed to this effect through appropriate means and complainant’s objections, if any, are not received by the NBFC Ombudsman within the time frame provided, the NBFC Ombudsman will pass an order to close the complaint.
