The loan was prepaid, some cheques mischievously not encashed by Bank. Out of 3 loans, one account closed, one Loan agreement forged. Case filed by Bank after limitation in DRT. Judicial process slow. Property many times outstanding mortgaged to the bank. How can the young guarantors be released as their career at stake?
