I had taken a Personal Loan of Rs 6000/- from Mobile App - Wificash/Chadha Finance ( Delhi based ). I have been using this app for an instant loan for some time & have never ever defaulted or delayed my payments before. My Payment due date was 11feb.However, since this March & also because of lockdown my payments/salaries have been blocked resulting in severe financial crisis with a situation literally hand to mouth. I have tried contacting the Customer Care multiple times on emails/calls explaining my situation but there has never been any response for 2 months. I had also sent them my Bank statement just to make them understand how bad my financial situation is currently but still there hs never been any response ( just warning messages from their recovery team for payment ) Now I have received a warning letter on my email from Wificash ( on 20th April ) stating that if I don't make the payment before 23rd April with late fees added ( total 13000/-) they will go ahead legal way. Please Help

This NBFC credit companies are more trouble to the middle class people like you. anyway once you got the loan you have to repay. In worsen situation like this they must provide time to repay according to the government norms and order. Don't get panic you talk for full and final settlement once they initiated legal proceedings. During this lock down period the finance company can not force you to make payment. let them go ahead legal way. Don't worry. They will not succeed.
