Dear Sir, You may lodge police complaint and ask them to file a civil suit. They cannot take the law in their hands as per recent Supreme Court Judgment.

Non-Payment of loan does not entitle any organization to misbehave with any person as such. You have many legal rights even after nonpayment of loans. For use of abuses on the phone, you should immediately file a police complaint against the Private Finance Company. This police complaint can be filed simply by calling 100 number also as it will initiate legal proceedings which are further required to be followed with police authorities. Private Finance Company is required to follow legal steps for recovery of any due and abusing customer is illegal under any circumstances.
