    No Bank Employee can speak to you using a vulgar language for non payment of dues. You can either file a complaint against them on the bank customer feedback email id or phone number and raise a complaint. Further, if the employee talk to you in a similar way you can tell him that you will complain against him to the higher authorities. Make sure you take down his personal details.
