Please help, my friend have given my reference number to SBI bank when he was opening his credit card without my concern (without me knowing he has given my number), I didn't even know what he did with the card, and now a year later my friend is not paying the bill and not receiving their calls. so out of a sudden, they are continuously calling me. even after I tell them not to disturb me it has nothing to do with me, now they are threatening to send their employees to my home (not his home my home). so out of fear I block their number and now they are calling my family members also. this is pure harassment for me. please help( I even offer them to come I will show you their address or give his parent's number but they just want to talk with him and they are allowed to call my family this is harassment. please help

Dear Client You should contact Bank officer face to face or online and talk with after that you should send a legal notice with the help of a lawyer and take up next legal action for further assistance book a consultation and rate me if you find my answer helpful

Since you have not taken any kind of card then you need not worry and you are also not authorised to give any kind of money to the bank. And if the bank officials are not listening to you then you can always serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write to stop all these harrassment and can even warn them that either call the correct person or face legal action which will be at your own risk.
