I think if your happening is not less than one month old than first you should file FIR in your jurisdiction police station. First raise your complaint with Banking Ombudsman along with a copy of the same complaint be also sent to RBI and 8f no action is taken you can sue the bank in consumer forum and also file criminal complaint against the employee along with management of the bank.
