Unable To Pay EMI

Hi sir A have personal loan in axis bank, but due to my financial condition is right now not good,to pay the emi & credit card minimum amount right now for the month of March, So bank will randomly call for recovery & also bank will make my account full -ve the pending amount in my salary account, which was grater then my per month salary, if they adjusted the full amount then I have no balance amount to survive, also my kids school fees, room rent, family expenses etc, please help me it's very urgent please.
