first of all block your card. then make complaint to head office and branch office . if no action on your complaint then move to consumer court.
Dear Sir, Lodge complaint with the Bank Head Office and also lodge complaint with Banking Ombudsman. You can get issue a notice and approach Consumer Forum for damages and compensation. Make it viral on social network and ask every customer of it to change the account to some other bank.
immediately send your complaint by post/email/whatsapp/customer care
if you have lodged the formal complaint with the bank and the unauthorized transaction was done without your fault, then the bank is liable to make payment
