Dear client, The time duration of the private bank working sector is 10 AM to 4 AM, which is 6 hours a day. Your right is legally binding. Equal remuneration and payment of wages act mandates fair and timely remuneration to all employers. For more queries, please contact Thank you.
There are no laws for private employees because no private employee does anything for them. You will also not do anything except cribbing.
Legally, your employer can not make you work more than 48 hours a week, including overtime. If they want you to work more than that, your employer has to ask you to opt out of the 48-hour limit.
Dear Sir, Each Bank has its own banking hours but as per rules it may not exceed 9 hours in total. You may not fight individually so you may assemble few aggrieved employees and approach office of Labor Commissioner and get file a Writ Petition before High Court. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
