1. no bank employee, male or female, including the officers, can be forced to work after the scheduled hours. 2. If you are asked to work for extra hours/time , you can raise your voice. 3. go through the appointment letter to have a more precise understanding.
You may complaint to your higher authorities. Earlier I have given different ideas. It seems you are not interested to impliment.
but bank has time for opening and closing if complete staff remain present that is separate thing other wise no one can force to stop.
every bank has a timing schedule of opening and closing no one can force u to work than the prescribed schedule. if manager asked for that ,u can complaint against the same to complaint committee or to the higher officer
