Breach Of Partnership Deed By One Of The Partner

I am in the partner of the company with a 25% share (Total 4 Partners). One of the partners is running the business as same as ours without our notice. It’s totally against our partnership deed. Now we (3 Partners) asked him to resign but he refused. Please advise us on the following 1) Could we remove that partner without approaching the court. 2) If we approach the court, could we run our existing projects and take new projects without any issues. 3) Since that partner is one of the “signature authority” in our bank (out of 2person), how can we remove him from signature rights?
