Dear client I am sorry to hear that. in this case you can go ahead and issue of notice to then what over you can also go here and files a case against them for speaking competition
Sir, your issue rightly falls under the consumer forum 's Jurisdiction. You don't need to initiate any legal notice to the opponent as it is not mandatory and you don't need to waste time by sending legal notice as well. Infact it's better to approach the consumer forum directly by filing the complaint. If you wish to seek further legal advice and guidance, you can get back to me.
Yes, Issue them notice through lawyer and File Complain in Consumer Court and claim heavy compensation.
If they are not listening to you then first of all it's advisable for you to serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write to stop all these harrassment and compensate you for the losses incurred by you by the said cancellation. You have to warn them that either compensate you or face legal action which will be at their own risk. And if you wish to go legal then you can always forward a complaint in writing to the consumer forum according to your jurisdiction. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
