my father from his firm had given a cheque to a friend of his as a part of unsecured loan .He had given some amount as in interest to us . Also he refunded us TDS certificate for the same acknowledging our payment. Now he is denying us to pay the amount . Provide me a way which will let acquire my money asap & in effective manner

Issue a legal notice and make it very much clear that legal consequences will not only limit to civil but also criminal.

Get a cheque/promissory note from him is possible.. otherwise you can file a money suit straight away.. TDS may stand as proof. but may not me an cake walk.. it may delay too.. but no other choice..
