Fake judiciary system in India

Question

I gave a party loan by online payment but party refused to refund my money.I filed case us 156(3) in court but to my surprise no action taken by the court against the accused.judges are useless and judicial system in India is fake

Mere Loan & Repayment is not a criminal case.. You need to file Civil suit.. however a good lawyer can make out a criminal case .. engage one
