Dear Client, When a case is transferred from one court to another after the submission of a police report under Section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), it can be due to various reasons, including jurisdictional issues, administrative convenience, or directions from higher courts. If the Magistrate finds that the case should be handled by a different court due to jurisdictional or administrative reasons, they can order the transfer of the case. Should you require any further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The court didn't have power to entertain the case so case may be transferred.
