Home Tuition Center At Self-owned Home

Hi, I am exploring the pre-requisites to start a coaching centre at my home (i.e. independent house) by reusing my terrace space. My plan is to install an asbestos roof, plastic walls and get the necessary infrastructure to run the class. What would be the necessary legal procedures involved in this process?
