I had agreement with Indian company to develop a website. after making 30% in advance, four months for the project time and nothing delivered. I request amendments for wire frames as per the agreement and no response . I am not Indian and stay out side India. How can I get the amount back and what is the legal procedure.

Which country?.. No bar, Foreigners may file a suit (civil case) in India, provided sufficient cause of action arises or any Jurisdiction clause in agreement in India.. Google and refer Section 83 & 84 of Civil Procedure Code of India.. There are some chances to file case in your own country and get order and execute that order in India..
