Client I am sorry to hear that but in this case you can go ahead and issue him a legal notice for recovery of money in case it does not work out then obviously you can go at and file a recovery Suit against him in the court
Go to Police station and talk to SHO for filing FIR. If FIR for cheating will be registered then on such pressure money may be back.
First of all rather than going legally you should serve him a legal notice and in that notice you must write that either return my money back or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he fails to give you satisfactory reply then you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can always file a recovery suit in the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
Issue him notice through lawyer demanding your money and if he refused to pay then File Money RECOVERY SUIT IN COURT through lawyer as we well as File Complain in Consumer Court and claim heavy compensation.
