So I told my employer about my mental health issues in time. But due to lack of proper treatment, and my own negligence - I still ended up doing some big errors at work, for which I resigned. Can my employer still sue me for negligence . What can I do to prevent that from happening .

Nothing to worry. An employer allowing a mentally ill person to work and thereafter cannot turn round and claim the damages, It never happen. Be cool.

If ur resignation accepted and u r terminated then no suit arises.. however if ur fault found out to be a crime, then criminal case may be instituted at any time..
