    Nothing to worry. An employer allowing a mentally ill person to work and thereafter cannot turn round and claim the damages, It never happen. Be cool.

    If ur resignation accepted and u r terminated then no suit arises.. however if ur fault found out to be a crime, then criminal case may be instituted at any time..
