I purchased a car frm a show room the manager told me to make cheque under his name as it's a car invested by him however it was the showroom car which I wasn't aware of the manager took money and left job n absonding police is arresting me saying why you made payment to 3rd party n i wil hv to be jailed wht can I do.police is asking bribe

If the payment is not paid Car shall be confiscated.... You can file both criminal and civil proceeding against accused 3rd party....

File a complaint before the higher authority stating facts but you have to make the payment for the car
