Io Issued 41A Notice To The Accused But Accused Did Not Received The Notice And

The IO in my case served 41A notice to accused u/s 156(3) but accused did not accepted the notice. The IO himself went to accused to serve notice but accused refused to accept notice.IO is now not taking any steps against accused .What steps should be taken by me in this respect? Court hearing us 156(3) is on 18/6/2024.
