What all documents do I have to take from a landlord for leasing a basement for my store. I am renting a place in Kirti Nagar for my business and this place is in the basement. Please suggest me how can I check that property type whether it is commercial or residential and also tell me all the documents required in that so that I won't face any trouble from local inspection as well as from landlord
