Chances are, you will get relief from High Court if FIR is lodged against you. The same will be quashed upon tendering evidence. Depending on the nature of the offence, i would like to say that your safety is in your own hands. Be proactive and as soon as a case is filed in the dispute, apply for anticipatory bail etc. if the offence is serious. Best advice is to be proactive and engage a lawyer. Get in touch for quick and affordable solution. Regards Adv Shreesh Chadha
