We had signed LOI with one publication in Feb 2020 for supply books in March 2020. We have to clear payment in August 2020 after returning books as per LOI. due to COVID locked-down company told us (verbal communication) kept books. We provided sold books payment timely. Now I got a letter from the company in Aug 2021 that they have changed their return policy and need complete remaining payment. We already have 50% stock with us and can clear payment after returning books. I have fear that they can go legal for creating pressure on us. I don't receive any reminder for payment, books return and change in return policy in last one year from company. Please assist on our situation. what we should do now.

Dear Sir, If you have not issued any post dated cheques you need not bother. If they file any civil suit for recovery of such amounts you can resist the same and prolong the matter for few years. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.

Mr. Raj, What ever Terms and Conditions agreed and signed between your and publisher will be applicable . Publisher change in policy in 2021 will not be applicable. Go ahead issue a Legal Notice and seek your payments. Contact any Advocates in this Forum for your relief

Hi, Please refer the agreement signed between you and the company. If the company violates any provision or does something beyond the scope of that agreement, you can sue for the breech or ask compensation. Please rate my answer Thank You
