I am sorry to hear that but even if you have resigned from your position as director of a company it does not mean that you share well go into vein full stop you are the 50% share holder of a company and you will be that until and unless you will sell or transfer your share to anyone else
Even if you are not a part of the company anymore it will never imply that you have got nothing to do with the company. You are having 50% shares in the company and you are at the freedom to do whatever you like to do with that shares. If the new director is causing harassment to you then you can always serve him/her a legal notice regarding your grievances. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a complaint in writing and address it to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
