We are a website/mobile app that shows the nearest refilling stations owned by others where our customers can go and pay using our app and refill any quantity you want. We will take commissions and pay the remaining amount to refill stations. We don't own/run the stations. We are just an online platform. We are planning to have a payment gateway on the app. What are the formalities for that?
