Dear Client, Court fees paid at the time of filing a money recovery case are generally non-refundable, regardless of the case's outcome. While some specific conditions or exceptions might apply in certain jurisdictions or under specific court orders, the standard practice is that court fees are not reimbursed by the court to either the plaintiff or the lawyer HOWEVER, there is an exception that only if your case was compromised in the Lok Adalat, only then can it be reimbursed.
If compromised in Lokadalat or if Court orders then only you will get refund.
That's right but the condition is that your case should be compromised in lokadalat . If your case is settled in lokadalat then an then only you will get court fees refund otherwise not.
