Dear client, Here's what you can do to proceed with your case in India: 1. Gather Evidence: Collect any documents that support your claim of Rs. 3,40,000 being owed. This could include loan agreements, receipts, contracts, or bank statements reflecting the transaction. If there were witnesses to the transaction or the agreement, get signed statements from them. 2. Pursue the FIR: Visit the Superintendent of Police (SP) of your district and explain the situation. Request them to intervene and direct the police station to investigate your complaint properly. You can mention that the station is refusing to move forward despite your FIR. 3. Explore Legal Options: 4. Additional Tips: Maintain a record of all interactions with the police station, including dates, names of officers spoken to, and any written communication. Be persistent and polite in your follow-up with the authorities. Important Note: The nature of your complaint against the woman (cheating) might fall under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) if deception was involved. However, legal advice is crucial to determine the most appropriate course of action for recovering your money.

Sir don't play with my ratings You can never recover money from a criminal case okay. Criminal case is there to give punishment to the accused under cheating , criminal breach of trust etc . To recover your money back you have to file a suit for recovery of money. I received 1 rating for my first answer which I answered correctly.
