Regarding Conduct Of Tuitions In Residential Cooperative Housing Societies

Whether a cooperative housing society can stop me from conducting tuitions in my home on the grounds that it is a commercial activity? I stay in the state of Maharashtra and I looked up cooperative societies act which says that conduct of tuitions and palnaghar (crèche) in residential properties is not considered as a commercial activity. However, cooperative housing societies can have their own bye laws which prohibit the same. Also, they're are supreme court judgements which state that profession (like a CA or a lawyer in practice) is not a business as it involves technical knowledge and is not considered as commercial and is permissible in residential properties. Also, how does a person's right of employment involve in this? Can a CHS prevent my fundamental right to occupation? Any expert opinion would be appreciated.
