If suit is filed then attachment before judgment will be passed. Please check in Court records.

Anyhow i think u meant annexure i.e. copy of the plaint though stated as attached not sent along with notice is your grieveince.. it is absolutely an usual thing.. u may come to court and ur counsel will get a free copy from court bundle, once he files vakalath.. that's all.. What attachment? Do u mean Attachment of any property or annexure as long with notice.. plz clarify..

If it is a Civil case normally attachment before judgment will be passed in case of suit for recovery of money. So attend the Court, engage local advocate and get attachment order cancelled.

You have to attend the Court. However you may request for the supply of the attachment mentioned in the notice.
