Hi, You are required to preserve all the evidences for future actions. keep all the chats, saved, and other record of sum borrowed will help too. Presently, you can ask her for the final deadline failing to which you can send her a legal notice for the recovery of the sum. The notice can be sent by you or your lawyer, we advice you send the legal notice via an advocate through online or offline mode as well. keep a track and details of the legal notice as well. In case she does not returns your sum within 15 days or reply to your notice, you can take legal actions against her. You can file a civil or a criminal case against her. she can be charged of Cheating, criminal breach of trust, fraud, cheque bounce etc. The amount can be duly recovered from her along with the interest on the sum. you can also claim other compensations like- against mental harassment, expenses of the court proceedings, etc. Please contact us for further details by booking a consultations with us. You at this stage are required to present the cheque for encashment and it will be dishonored with remarks Refer to Drawer or not arranged for. You will serve a Legal Notice under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act demanding the cheque amount within the Notice Period of fifteen days. If the amount is not paid within notice period you will be filing a Complaint based on the contents of the Legal Notice. It is the only fine and short cut way to recover the money. You will be in a position to negotiate to recover your money on all counts. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
