Cheque Bounce

You don't arrest immediately. if your cheque is bounce , they will send a notice . And if you want to agree and settle with . otherwise they file a cheque bounce case in court. then court is send summon in one month to you.

Not arrested immediate.after cheque bounce the other party. if try to settle. settle the matter if not then they wiil file case against you then youhave to appear before the Court. and if you don't in that case process of the court will start. For details book to Lawyer.

Not immediate arrest.. If cheque bounce, they will send a notice and if u want to settle u can settle.. otherwise they may file a cheque bounce 138 case in Court with a month and then summon will be sent to you..
