Dear Sir, You just bounce the cheques and file 138 NI Act case.
Dear Client, you may deposit the cheque for realization of the your amount.
for legal remedy you may deposit the cheque however the same as you\'re aware will get bounced and thereafter you may proceed to file complaint under the provisions of the negotiable instruments act
if the date is mentioned on the cheque then you have to deposit the cheque within a period of 3 months from the date of the cheque. even if the client is asking you not to deposit the also deposit the cheque and get the same bounced and then send legal notice and complaint under section 138 of the negotiable instruments act
