You have to present the cheque for the amount mentioned therein again for encashment again and get it dishonoured. Then initiate the process for prosecution under the provisions of Negotiable Instruments Act. The Accused will come forward for settlement and you will get the remaining outstanding amount of 30 Percent. It is the only way to solve Your proposition. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
